Typical CAME problems
Frog underground motors sit in a foundation box, so water and silt are a frequent cause of trouble. Ferni and Fast articulated arm motors can wear at the arm joints, while Ati and Axo rams can wear internally after years of use. With BX and BK sliding motors we often find worn gears or rack issues. We also fix:
- gates that won't open
- photocell faults
- remote handsets that have stopped working
- control board faults
- safety edge faults

To keep a CAME gate running well, have it serviced at least every six months. Out-of-hours emergency call-outs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Extra charges apply outside normal hours.

Can you repair a CAME Frog underground motor? Yes. We repair Frog motors, including water ingress, release and gearbox problems, and can replace them where needed.
Do you work on CAME BX and BK sliding gate motors? Yes. We fault-find and repair BX, BXV, BK and BKV sliding gate motors.
